अभावको उत्तर अराजकता

बजारमा खाना पकाउने ग्याँस पाइएको छैन । सिमित अपर्याप्त संख्यामा आउने सिलिण्डरले धेरै घरहरुमा चुल्हो बल्न पाएको छैन । सिलिण्डर बोकेका गाडीहरु बाटोबाटै अपहरित भएका छन् । अभावले अराजकता ल्याउँछ भन्ने अवस्थाको गहकिलो उदाहरण हो यो ।

सरकारी अनुगमनका क्रममा अर्को अचम्मको कुरा देखियो । ब्यापारीहरुले आएका सिलिण्डरहरुको कालो बजारी गरिरहेको चर्चा त यस्ता अभावमा सधैं चल्ने नै गर्छन् । तर छापाका क्रममा खोजिएको परिमाणमा सिलिण्डर ब्यापारीहरुसँग पनि नभएको पाइयो । ग्याँस नपाए पछि १ सिलिण्डर राख्नेले २ अनि २ हुनेले ४ राखेपछि ब्यापारीहरुसँग पनि नभएको पाइयो ।

जे होस् । अभावमा अराजकता र हातभन्दा बाहिरको परिस्थिति हुनु अगाडि धैर्यता राखौं र दबाब बढाऔं ।

राज्य पूनर्सचना आयोगको सुझाव

राज्य पूनर्सचना आयोगबाट २ वटा सुझाव आयो । विभाजित भएर आए पनि काम त फत्ते भयो । अब सविंधान लेखनको काम एक कदम अगाडि बढेको छ । मतभिन्नताका बीच पनि सहमति खोज्नुको बिकल्प हामीसँग छैन ।

नेपालीसँग छैन त धेरै चिज नै...धारामा सफा पानी अनि राति बत्ति पनि । तैपनि धेरै धैर्यता बोकेका हामी नेपाली ८ घण्टा बत्ति गएर आउँदा हुन सम्म कै खुसी हुन्छौ, एउटा युद्ध नै जिते सरि । अघि अध्याँरामा बस्दा सरापेको सबैको भलो नै होस् भन्ने सोच्छौं । एक गाग्री पानीका लागि कोशौं जानु त नित्य नै हो भन्ने ठान्छौं मानौं यो त अप्ठ्यारो केही नभई दैनिकीको अभिन्न अङ्ग । र कोशौं पर पुगेर पानी भरेर घर फिर्दा फेरि अटाइनसक्नुको खुसी....

यो मेरो ब्लग कुनै समाचार वा तथ्य वा आकंडामा आधारित विश्लेषणका लागि होइन । नितान्त बैयक्तिक यस ब्लग म ती साना साना कुरामा हाँस्न सक्ने हाम्रा नेपाली दाजुभाई अनि दिदिबहिनीका लागि समरपण गर्न चाहन्छु् ।

उफ् यो पानी

हिजो सुरु गरेको नियात्रा अगाडि बढाउने मन थियो विहानैदेखि परेको पानीले तहसनहस बनायो । अड्डा आउँदा लगाएको पाइन्ट पूरै भिजेको छ त्यसमाथि बाटामा घँुडासम्म पानी बाइक खाडलमा जाकिएला भन्ने अर्को चिन्ता । यसो सोच्दा लाग्यो मैले लमजुङ्ग मेमे पोखरी जाँदाको यात्रा कै हाराहारीको जोखिम घरबाट अड्डा आउँदा पनि मोलिरहेको छु नि । त्यै भएर यात्रामा के भयो भनेर सोच्न छोडेर आज कै पानीको विषयमा लेख्ने निधो गरेँ ।

पश्चिम पानीले बगेको छ । पहिरोमा धेरै पुरिए । हाम्रो नियति भइसकेको छ पानी र यसले सँगै ल्याउने बिपत्ति । हामीसँग पानी प्रशस्त छ भन्ने पक्का सबूत हो यो । पानीले बत्ति बल्नु पर्ने गाउष नै झलमल्ल हुनु पर्ने हो नि । अस्तिन एक पटक लोडसेडिङ्ग बढ्नुको कारणमा पहिले पानीको सतह कम भएर भनियो पछि पानी बेस्कन पर्यो फेरि धेरै पानीले यान्त्रिक गडबढी आएकाले बिजुली कम हुने सूचना आयो ।

तर यसपालि नयाँ उर्जामन्त्री आए लगतै लोडसेडिङ्ग त धेरै हदसम्म नै कम भयो । बिजुली धेरै चोरिने ठाउँहरुबाट अंकुशेहरु खोसेर लोडसेडिङ्ग कम गर्न सहयोग मिल्यो र पो हामीले धेरै समय बिजुली बाल्न पायौं । यस सन्दर्भमा एउटा कुरो दिमागमा घुमि रहेको छ हामीले सँधै भोग्नु पर्ने दुःखका लागि कारण भनिएको अब्यवस्था त एउटा ब्यक्तिको ईच्छाशक्तिले पनि पार लगाउन सक्तो रहेछ नि । आफ्नो कमजोरी र अकर्मण्यताको दोष अब्यवस्था माथि लादेर अब कसैले उम्कन पाउँदैन । खबरदार ॥

फेरि म……

आज अनायास धेरै समय पछि ब्लगमा केहि लेख्न मन लाग्यो । एक हप्ताको मेमे पोखरीको पदयात्रा पछि आज मात्रै अफिस आएँ-दरफराएको जिऊ लिएर । जुकाले रजाँइ खेलेको खुट्टा र त्यसको परिणाम स्वरुप प्राप्त टाटाहरु आलो रहँदा सम्म कमसेकम यस यात्रालाई भुलिदैन होला । अब यस्तो पदयात्रा गर्न नपरे हुन्थ्यो कम सकसपूर्ण रहेन यो ।

कुन प्रख्यात ब्यक्ति यस्ता यात्रामा कहिले घडि लगाउदैनथे रे घरबाट हिँड्दा मेरो हातमा पनि घडि थिएन । यसको मतलब म ठूलो भन्न खोजेको पक्कै होइन हत्तारमा नभेटिएर हो । हाहाहा………

सारङ्गी अभियान

जनता, सरकार र हाम्रा आवश्यकता

अब त दुधको भाउ पनि बढ्यो सुइय गर्दै आमाले सुनाउनुभयो । कर्णाली क्षेत्रमा खाद्यान्न हाहाकार छ चर्को महङ्गी खेप्न जनता बाध्य छन् र हाम्रा राजनीतिज्ञहरु प्रधानमन्त्री को हुने र रक्षा मन्त्रालय हामीलाई नै चाहिने भन्ने दाबी गरिरहेका छन् । साँच्ची नै आज त हामीलाई प्रधानमन्त्री होइन धानमन्त्री पो चाहिएको छ । गरिब जनताका चित्कारले संविधान सभा हलको पर्खाल पार गर्न सकेन र हामी नयाँ नेपाल अलाप्दा अलाप्दै आफैं पुरानो पो हुन थालेछौं ।

देश चलाउनु भनेको धेरै नै गाह्रो काम हो अनेक दाउपेच जान्नुपर्ने । अझ उदेक लाग्दो कुरो त महङ्गी कालोबजारी र अभाव चरमचुलीमा भएका बखत पनि राजनीतिले सता कै साधना गरिरहनु पो हो । ८५ वर्षे हजुरबुवा प्रधानमन्त्रीलाई अझ सुस्त्याउनु परेको छैन र उनी हरेक राजनैतिक पार्टीका ढोका ढक्ढकाइरहेका छन् । प्रधानमन्त्रीज्यू हजुरको यो युवा जोश देशका अरु प्रमुख अनि जनतालाई प्रत्यक्ष सम्बन्ध राख्ने सवालहरुमा भइदिए हुन्थ्यो नि ।

युवा सभासद्ले इन्धन अभावका सवालमा कुरो उठाँउदा आयल निगम मन्द मुस्काउँछ अनि उल्टो सोध्छ यो त ३-४ वर्षदेखिको हाम्रो नियति नै हो । उसको उत्तरमा कटाक्ष छ ब्यवस्था र हाम्रो भू-राजनीतिक अवस्थितिको । के उसो भए अब हामीले कार्यालय, कलेज जानका लागि कहीं पुग्नका लागि समय छुट्याए जस्तै इन्धन भर्ने समय सदाका लागि छुट्याउनु पर्ने हो

सिद्धान्तका कुरा धेरै भए अब गरेर देखाउने समय आएन र  जनताको बोली केलाई मान्ने हो र पार्टीहरु सबैले आफ जनताको निमित्त काम गर्ने भनेर दावा गर्ने हो भने एउटा आम नेपाली भएका नाताले हाम्रा आवश्यकता र प्राथमिकता निम्न हुन्

१। मूल्यबृद्धिको अन्त र उपभोग्य सामग्रीको सर्वसुलभता
२। राजमार्ग बन्द र अन्य कुनै पनि किसिमको बन्दको अन्त्य
३। जनउत्तरदायी र स्थायी सरकारको निमार्ण

यी सवालहरुमा सम्बन्धीत सबैको ध्यानाकर्षण हुनु पर्दछ । यिनी भनेका नयाँ नेपाल निर्माण गर्न पास हुनुपर्ने खुड्किलो हो जस्तो मलाई लाग्छ ।

फेरी पनि लाेप्पा

सम्भिधन सभाको चुनावले अव देशमा शान्ती ल्याउला भन्ने अाशमा बसेका म जस्ता धेरै नेपालीलाई फेरी एक पटक लोप्पा ख्वाउने काम भएको छ... जनअान्दोलन २ को सपना साकार बनाउनु  भन्दा अाफ्नो अडान लिएर जनतालाई फेरी एक पटक गु बनाउने काम भयो . अब यसको बिरोध गर्नु र् नयाँ सपना बुन्नू बाहेक अरु बिकल्प हामीसँग छैन त्यसैले अब फेरी एक पटक जनता जागने बेला भयो

Time heals and teaches us the lesson

One who goes through the travel advisory issued by US government, hardly makes up mind to visit Nepal thinking harsher tone it contains. Tourists make idea about Nepal as ruined country where you can be stranded anytime anywhere, law and order are the words taken out from dictionary etc, etc. A US couple whom I met a month back in an Annapurna Trek, told me this country has lot ot offer, and the travel advisory is simply a bull shit! They opined that in a political ground their country is issuing travel advisory, which has marred tourism industry for last few years. Thanks to the April revolution of last year, and the consequences which came further simultaneously, people are breathing an air of relief. This change magnamus is still to convince US policy makers that the country is secured for tourists. It is point to be noted that even during insurgency period, when US tourists were said to be targeted by the revolutionists, not a single US citizen was harmed. This fact speaks volume to all, and infact my writing is just a waste of time in convincing the same.

Monday's firing episode was not a new in US context. The country like us, which has been facing stringent travel advisory, on which the events are described which have taaken place couple of years back and the potential tourists are cautioned of visiting, plead such unhuman act be stopped forever. Poles apart before issuing any travel advisory US government should also pay a glance on geometric repercussion we Nepali wud be left to survive with.

We dont claim Nepal to be the safest place in the world, but point to be noted is what alley and corner of the world is safe? So let us get across this unhhuman act and behaviour. Let us correct attitude and let us be judged on the grounds of reality rather than polical stand.

May the country of the wisets' have a wise..

When words fall, lips seal and vocabulary fail

Then we've only one thing to do- wait and see. The numbness ostracizes us to the extend par above our imagination. It feels good to be attired with love and affection, to feel being cared, to be roofed under blue azure sky and to have relationship that will bid adeu to the metaphysical world. These elements are possible only when divinity inside us meets the same from others.

Gestures were accelarating, world of dreams was on lap; meantime I was transfigured to world of dilema and to larger extend the world of reality. At this juncture, I've a thing to confess, you mean something to me. Physical distance though paining can be soothed as long as we hold a true relationship.

I shall be waiting.

Solemning Shangri-La to see a face lift

A hymn in a distance roars to encircle the mighty sky. 'This will be the day when the god's children joining hands together can sing song of liberty', said King, the day has come, indeed to mark a new beginning. The chaotism, not merely as a fluke but deeply rooted on us as the identity of every Nepali, will have no option than to tumble for greater good. The historic agreement reached on November 8 is in no way good than to bolster, frutify and rootify our dreams.

History will mark the day, so has to every Nepali. A smile on face and zeal at heart will then only get the meaning when words and speeches transform themselves respectively unto actions and deeds.

Prachandajee, Baburamjee, Girijajee, Madhavjee, Sherjee, Devendrajee, and all jees (whose names are at heart), lets go further and sort out things. Let peace be given a chance and breathe an air of relief.

Back again!!! Welcome u all!!!

The day is special for me as I was born in dis day 24 yrs back. Um!!! this is not goin to be long, that's for sure. I donno how these yrs passed n how much I came out of 100.. hahaha, (I'm brought up on da system whr evrybody is judged by da mark h/she gets..)

So frens I look forward for ur honest comments for da fact dat i believe ij u all who've endorsed ma path, n i simply tried to be on da rhythem. This guy wants da reflection how our relationship passed on, how it is gonna be in da days to come..

da topic i kept on da top, dint seem to match up wid content...let it be... but da main thrust of all ma writin, ma endeavours n effort can be summed up in these 3 words.."aba hamro paalo".
